The biggest things I learned from my surgery : Shave your pits before having arm lift. Shave
around the groin area before having tummy tuck. I didn't do this and changing bandages really sucked. Also really concentrate on abdominal exercises a few months before surgery. I worked my abs hard beforehand and it sure made getting up and down easier in my mind. Hope this helps someone !

I actually go back Saturday, work 1 day then have 2 off. Seemed like a small way to ease back in. I'm really not too concerned now, I have been adding 1/4 mile to my walk everyday, and the instant the doc gives me the green light, I will be jogging and hitting the weights. I'm never tired at the end of the day like so many others and I'm rarely sore. Positive thoughts baby !!
Good for you! What a great way to go back and get 2 days off right away!!!
I have to wait 2 more weeks and I get to workout with weights with my trainer!

Wow I can't believe how great you are doing! Not tired at all huh? That's something I am still dealing with. How far post op are you?
So glad to hear you are feeling so great. I miss running so much! I can't wait for the green light too. And I'm dying to hit the weight bench again. I'm sure I'll have to start slow, but I just feel like such a bump on a log not exercising!
