so glad to hear I am not ALONE!

Since my plastics about four weeks ago, I can not feel my flat buns either. I am constantly walking around feeling my back side to see if my pants or underwear are down, because I can't feel it to tell if they are still up. And yes...having all my extra skin from my front gone I don't have anything to hold up my pants either.

Actually went bed shopping with my husband recently and the sales women asked me to get on the bed and try it out. I had to explain I had just had surgery and was unable to lay on the bed and get back up. She looked at me and said "Oh that's why your pants are down in the back, and your binder is hanging out!" I was so embarrassed. I hadn't felt my shorts come down and let my binder and undies come out the back! We left the store quickly and without a new bed!!

Good luck keeping your pants up, I hope I can do the same!!

Carmen, this would not be for the gym, but how about those sleeveless sun dresses  that  are all shirred on the top with lots of elastic.  You can wear them as a skirt, too.  That way it definitely would not fall down and no wedgies
