I was wondering exactly what kind of surgery I will need in future.  Will I need mini TT, Full TT or a LBL.  How do u know?  I updated my breast lift photos (day 7) and cant stand the hanging stomach skin on top and below my belly button.  I can grab a handfull of skin....yuk!  If u are friend u can see my photos with password angels11.  Anyone that has had any of these surgeries. Can u tell me what u think I should go for.  thanks for your help!  Sharon

I completely left it up to the wisdom of my surgeon. From what i have been told, very few psost ops are served by a mini TT (as it only addresses skin below the belly button), the full TT is great for tightening the front (this is what I had), and the lbl is for those that need a little help in the back as well.. There is also the fluer de lis TT too..

My post op pics from 7 days are on my profile (password: TT072511) .. I am 11 days out today, and love my results.

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

I'm not your friend, so I can't see your pics.  Mine are public, though, so you can go and see my before and after (LBL) pics if you want to see my skin issues before.

I agree that you're best off getting a couple of consults from different surgeons and seeing what they recommend.

Good luck!

Your plastics are amazing!!!! You look gorgeous! I truely need a lot of work but will only be able to afford one procedure so I decided to get something done with stomach. I think TT is what I will need cause i really dont have a back skin issue.But.......I love your butt augmentation!!!!! My ass is completely flat with wrinkles. I was hoping with a lot of squats I might be able to help that. Cant hurt to give it a try, right? Again you look beautiful!!! Im jealous!  Thank you for sharing your photos....I will friend you if u would like to see mine.    Sharon

If you have a wrinkly butt, it sounds like you need a lower body lift.

Your stomach skin is not bad actually - lots of my friends with babies and no weight problems look like that! :0)

And your boobs look great! A terrific job. Is that just a lift? Mine are already shrinking as the swelling goes down :0)

My ps told me the best thing for me would be an LBL but only a panni was covered by insurance. He gave me an "extended" TT with the anchor cut (I self-paid for the upgrade) and it did a pretty good job. I still have a few wrinkles at the butt, but the whole area looks better. He went around past my hip bones to pull up skin at the side...

I have pics on my profile if you want to see.

The fleur de lis TT or anchor TT will take care of the upper belly, waist, and pannus.  It will flatten it all out and cinch your waist.  My insurance paid for the panni and I added on the upper procedure for the fleur de lis. I also added on lipo on the flanks/upper thighs.
Talk to your doctor. He will tell you what will give you the best look.  You only want to do this once though.  You'll save on anesthesia, facility cost and time off work if you do the right surgery once.
