Self Pay Question and any feedback is welcome!

Hello out there!

Im eager and looking forward to my next step in plastic surgery, but want feedback of any kind from people that have been self pay.

I will be having a breast lift and implants... does anyone know about how much this would be?
Im in the LAX (Southern California area).
Also any feedback, recommendations in surgeons.

Check into the Residency programs that you have in the area. You can get some great pricing and have great plastic surgeons provide your care. I am getting a lower body lift with lipo of the inner and outer thighs for $7000. Plus the surgeon that will be overseeing my surgery is one of the best in the area and specializes with body contouring and bariatric patients.

Was going to ask you where but read your profile.  May be something worth looking into since it is less than either of the consults I've been to.

I am new at this and just started searching for info on PS and was wondering what is residency programs that you are talking about? And would they have it in Oregon, and how would I go about finding something like that??

Hello everyone! I learned about the Residency Program here in this forum. I searched online just typing in residency plastic surgery. I think I found a website that had a list of them by state. I found UT Southwestern here in Dallas. It is a teaching hospital. Dr's have to learn somewhere.
The Residents are in their 4th, 5th or 6th year and work closely with the faculty and the patient for various plastic surgeries. I am having Dr Kenkel (faculty) and Dr Lee (resident). I have my next appointment going over the gameplan and will be scheduling surgery on Aug 22.
