Pre-Op today / 9 days to go

I had my pre-op today. It went very well. Dr. told me I was an excellent candidate with very minimal loose skin. I'm gonna be the first surgery of the day which I thought was awesome. I'm scheduled for Aug 12th. I got everything ready, prescriptions are filled. I'm not scared or nervous, a little excited about it. So I just want to thank everyone on this board for answering my questions or concerns, it really put me at ease a little more. I'll post an update after surgery if I can and I will definately post updates on my profile. Thanks again everyone.

Thanks everyone. I have'nt been overwhelmed by it, I think this board has a wealth of information and a lot of posters who have experience and even the ones that don't yet, thank you. I appreciate all the supprt and feedback. That is one reason why I have not been scared or too nervous about it. I kind of know what to expect with drains and a binder, with pain, and all that other stuff.

Just right at a week left. I think it has not really hit me yet. But thanks again for all *****sponded I will keep everyone updated.
