breast reduction denial

I am sitting in my office and crying like crazy………. I got denied again for breast reduction. I went to different PS and denied because insurance decided it is not medical necessary. I have 1 year treatments with chiropractors for back and neck pain, doctor notes from my PCPC about rushes, x-rays, MRI. I do not know what else to bring. I am very upset. I have large breasts 42 H, I am only 5’0 and really have neck pain because they are pulling me down. I am afraid to pay cash, because I do not know what will be with my job, I do not know what to do else. Is anybody who got breast lift/ reduction covered by insurance can give me any idea how they got approved, I will be really appreciate. Do you have letter form you doctor as a example? Thank you. All that paperwork and they still denied you?  I'm so sorry, I can't imagine how frustrating it is.

You will not beleive, but I got approved after office manager did peer to peer today.

You are making me cry.  I just said a prayer for you just before you posted that you got the approvel now.  Do not let them mess around.  Make them set your date and get it over with cause insurance can and will change there mind.  I almost lost my approvel cause they played around to long with my surgery date.
