Saggy Thighs
Are the scars on your arms in a position that they are easily seen? I live in Florida and wear sleeveless tops and I'm in a bathing suit a lot. I haven't experienced any strange looks or stares from anyone and it's mainly because my scars are not noticeable unless I raise my arms over my head. My thigh scars are the same way. It's all about placement in my opinion. I would have to turn my legs out pretty far for the scars to be seen.
I have not tried either of the techniques you have mentioned but I think if you have a lot of extra loose skin on your thighs those things aren't going to tighten it up. It takes having it surgically removed.
If you plan on having your thighs lifted make sure you talk to the surgeon about scar placement.

I do not know of anything that works to provide any real degree of tightening, except plastic surgery.
Why are you so self conscious about your arm scars? I LOVE my arms, even with the scar and know for a fact no one notices them, unless I wave my arms around, and even then NO ONE has ever stared or mentioned them. My arms are awesome. Period.
Personally, I do not think I will ever get my jiggly thighs done, either. but wearing longer shorts works for me. I do not want to go through any more surgeries (with the exception of implants that I will get in the near future).

I was wearing sleeveless shirts 3 weeks after my arm lift & the only time anyone could see my scars is if I raise my arms and they have to be extremely close to me to see them even then. My thighs were one just 3 months ago and I am already running around in shorts. Even though my thigh scars are still dark I have to turn my legs outward quite a bit for them to be noticed. Placement of the scars is very important.
I agree with Laura...our your thighs really something you can't stand? I am three weeks post plastics and did not have my thighs done either. But agree that only plastic surgery can really fix and tighten areas. I'm unfamiliar with either of those terms. But I run alot, usually six miles three times aweek and have found that just running has tightened my thighs up alot. They bother me to, are loose and could us a bit of lipo, but again agree with Laura. I'm tired of surgery and think once I am allowed back on my running routine, I will try and use that to help! Good luck to you!
