I want this soooooooooooooooo bad, but need to know few things first. How many days in the hospital? can I go home and mainly take care of me. what items do you recommend to have at home during recovery. thanks for all the help!! .

Band removed and feeling alive with energy!
I LOVE the results, hated the recovery (but everybody is different). I "could" care for myself as I have to, but I had everything I could conceive of ready for me, so everything was waist level etc.

I had my arms done almost two years ago. I didn't spend any time in the hospital - went home right from recovery. I needed some help the first 24 hours because my arms including my elbows were wrapped in ace bandages. Bandages were removed 24 hours after surgery and after that I was able to take care of myself.
