how much did you change in size? This is the next procedure I'm going to do and was wondering. By breasts were 44DD and now I call them 38 longs, lol.
they're so empty. I don't want to aug my breasts so I'm wondering how much peope changed when they did the BL.

Before my RNY I wore 50DDD. After I lost all my weght, I wore a 34DDD, but it was all skin. I just had a lift and I think I will be between a B and C cup when all is said and done (haven't been bra shopping yet- I'm still wearing sports bras). I plan on getting implants in the future. I miss the fullness on top.

At 250, I was a 44DD.  Now I'm 38C.  After my lift, my size did not change!  My bras fit much better and I don't have to 'fold' them in, lol!  They go right in and stay in place!

I was a 36 DD before the surgery.  The surgeon said the lift shouldn't change my bra size.  A couple months after the surgery I went and had a bra fitting - I now wear a 36E.  They said about 80% of women wear the wrong size bra - guess I was one of them.

At my heaviest, 225, I was wearing 46DD, after my DS, 40D, after my lift 38D.  Mine were like pancakes, but there was enough to keep them a D.  The left was reduced a bit as it was larger.  They don't flop around anymore :)

Well... Prior to surgery I was a 42DD, when I hit my goal weight I was a 34 D (mostly skin), after lift and aug, I am a 34-36D or DD (depending on the bra) (just bought some new bras at VS tonight).

good to hear that they don't change too much after the BL. I don't want to be  smaller than a C......

At my largest I was a 52DDD.  I was a 46DD before RNY.  I was a 38D before plastics.  I thought originally I might just do a breast lift. My PS confirmed what I thought though about lack of fullness. I wanted a full Vicky Secret C.  I had a lift and saline implants.  With the swelling, I think I'm at least a D.  He also did lipo on the sides of my breasts. They look really nice.  What I would think about if I were you is the lack of fullness you may have after.  I looked at a lot of before and afters without implants and I thought implants looked better.  It's all in what look you want.  One thing I didn't expect is that I have smaller armpits!!!!  Love it!
I told my surgeon to get rid of my National Geographics (38 longs that looked like I never wore a bra!).  He thought that was hilarious.  My tummy tuck (fleur de lis) was the surgery I definately had to have but the lift and implants was the extra for me!

I just had a BL 6 days ago so I can't be sure what the end results will actually be, but I was a 32D before this surgery.  Well, my left was a D, the right was closer to a C and they were so empty of any tissue that they layed flat against my chest like two pancakes!!

I was worried about them being too small after just a lift - but I didn't want implants.  So far they are fitting nicely inside some old 34D bras that I had in a drawer.  They aren't very swollen and so I figure they will stay a C or small D cup.

I was also worried becasue I had a reduction 16 years ago (way before the RNY) and so lots of tissue was already removed.  Back then I was a 42 DDD and they removed 5lbs - enough to make me a nice full C cup.  I was worried that I wouldn't enough tissue to make anything decent this go around.

Luckily it all seems to have worked out OK.  I'll have some pics to post in a few days.
