Anyone have any experience with.......
Once they open - they are open. Be sure to not lift more than you are suppose to, wear compression if told to, etc.
Call surgeon for instruction regarding how to care for those healing areas - they all have their own "methods."
Get your fluids in, up your protein intake (I'm getting in 130 gm during plastics recovery) and eat healthy so you can heal. Also make sure to take all vitamins & supplements.
I had openings under arms from brachioplasty, some opening around belly button from fleur de lis abdominoplasty and necrotic tissue on belly leaving an open wound for the last 7 weeks. What my surgeon has me do may be different from yours. Until you call them, I would use triple antibiotic ointment and have a sterile gauze over the area(s).
Stay off your feet, rest, ice packs will help swelling. Sometimes the separation between stitches or "popping" stitches can't be avoided.
Best wishes.

I had a small spot under my breast that came open. My surgeon has me putting xeroform on it and covering that with gauze. It closed within a week. Let us know what your doctor says. I would try to limit your activity until they stop leaking. Hang in there!!
