PS in Europe???

I am wondering if anyone here had their plastic surgery in Europe. I live in the tri-country area of Germany, The Nethelands, and Belgium. If you did--what were your experiences, and how did the cost compare to having it in the states? Another worry I have is about the amount of pain relief given. I know in Germany they tend to be rather stingy--and I'm a wimp! I'm almost five yers out--have maintained all my weight loss...and I think I'm ready for this...
