looking for a good plastic surgeon live in NH but willing to travel

Hello, I'm looking for a good plastic surgeon to have extra skin removed after Gastric By Pass. (almost 100 lbs lost) I'm very nervous about finding someone who will do a good job. (so many horror stories out there)
Would be willing to travel a little, Boston etc.
If you could recommend someone that you or someone you know were pleased with I would really appreciate it.
I've also read that some people were going to Universities? Open to that as well...anyone been to one around the NH or Boston area.
Also heard something about Mexico? can anyone comment on this?

I used James Moore, Athens, Ga. Moore Plastic Surgery clinic. To me he's the best. 

I stayed over night, while there, the nurse told me I should have checked into donor programs. She didn't have the details, but some places will pay for the surgery if you donate the skin to such as burn victims.  Of course I found this out after I paid out of pocket. I can only suggest to google this.  good luck

I went to Monterrey Mexico and saw Dr Sauceda.  I had an LBL, BL, arms, medial thigh lift and 4 days later a full facelift.  You can click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line and it'll take you to his group here on OH.

My AMAZING surgeon is Dr. William Cullen in Grand Rapids Michigan. Thank you everyone for the replies and info. I really appreciate it. I was told about a residency program at Mass General that sounds really good and it looks like I will be checking this out. I've heard really good things about this program and very excited to check it out. It would be great if I only have to travel to boston.
