Surgery pushed back. Oh boy.
Just got a call from the Plastic's office. Surgeon is unavailable on Aug 8th.
Has been changed to Aug 15th.
Just one week but I am crushed.
My date has been set since Feb.
I know things come up.

Anyway, I feel your pain and am sorry you have been thrown this curve ball. Does the change mess up anything you had planned- vacation time, caregiver, etc?
I talked to my surgeon's nurse yesterday. Since he is a military surgeon, **** happens, and he was called to an emergency elsewhere.. he may or may not be back for Monday. My hubby already has leave, we rushed to move, etc, just to get the TT done next week.. so hopefully it goes as scheduled.. won't find out till Fri.. Boo!

Oh no!! So sorry to hear that! As the others have said, I hope it does not cause a problem as far as work or other arrangements are concerned. Ugh!
