Recovery Time Question
I had a fleur de lis TT, lipo to my hips, legs, side of breast, breast lift and implants on 7/14. My doctor said I would be off work 2-4 weeks. My aim is for 3.5-4 weeks. I have mostly a desk job as a nurse but I do have to get up and down and walk distances. I would tell you that it's a lot of incisions and bruising so it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm going to do everything I can to allow myself to heal.
Good luck and let me know if you have questions. I did it all at once to save on costs, limit anesthesia and not be off work so long. I'm so glad I did it!

How bad is the aftermath, pain wise & how long were you in the hospital or did you have it all outpatient?
Thanks for answering my questions and I apologize if I'm asking to many
My only concern for you is that if you get the tummy and arms done at the same time, it makes it extremely difficult to get out of bed, to go to the potty, to do basically anything. You can't use your tummy muscles to do anything and you can't use your arms to help, either. I would get tummy and boobs done and then do arms later (and I did just the opposite- had arms done first and then did lbl/bl).

I will be having a circumferential lift and my arms done together in November. This was my surgeons idea and he said those go well together but he want's to do the breast lift/implants on our second surgery along with the thighs.
I think about how interesting my recovery will be and I have been on here daily gaining wisdom from those who have had it done that way. So we'll see.
I have support at home and they are aware that they will be needed to do things such as assist me in the bathroom and probably feed me. This will be hard for me to allow but I just have to drop my pride and know that it's for a good cause.

just had body lift 10 days ago and healing great, had arms and breast reduction done in Feb, I do not recomend doing them together because my arms have been the reason this recovery has gone so well you need your arms to move and lift you, I can see doing breasts with the body lift but not arms when you get your arms done that makes you most dependent because you can't use them in the begining for anything, washing, holding a drink, feeding yourself ect.
