Did anyone acheive a six pack after TT

   I was wondering with the muscles tightening really well. Has anyone found it easier to achieve a 6 pack after a full tummy tuck hell i Will settled for two pack...lol  or do you think if the toning is not there before TT nothing will help not even  additional  exercises    will not help?       i'm going to try.

 I don't have a six-pack but I have a toned tummy. The muscle tightening definitely helped me with getting the look I have along with working out. And I might add...I am 49 years old!

I'm only 3 weeks out from my lbl, but as soon as I get the go-ahead to work out my abs, I'm gonna give it my best shot. My goal is to become a personal trainer!!

I'm a month out and while, not trying to be a personal trainer, I do plan to focus on my abs in my workouts.

Hi - not quite a six pack - yet - but I'll start working on it again once I'm cleared for exercise.  I think that to really show off the six pack you need to get your body fat really low - I'm 22% at the moment.

In the picture below which I took today I'm 12 week post TT and breast lift and 5 weeks post arm and thigh lift.

I think that pilates reformer classes helped develop my abs fantastically prior to my TT.
