Plastic Surgeons that will get Ins approval in Las Vegas???

Hello Everyone...I live in Las Vegas and am having the hardest time finding any surgeon that will get my TT pre-certed through ins...They want me to pay cash up front and then bill my ins on my own :( I know that there are MANY Surgeons in Cali that are contracted with BCBS. However, I would like to not have to travel...

I am just starting to research this, but the first thing I did is go to my insurance's list of providers and look for Plastic Surgeons. Not much help, but it may be a start.
