Sorry you are having a rough time.  My surgery was 6 weeks ago (anchor cut TT with extensive muscle work & brachioplasty).  I felt the same as you for the first 2 weeks.

If you didn't have the muscle work - your pain & discomfort should be less than a full TT.  Just take it easy, rest, get fluids, up your protein, get 8+ hours sleep, take vitamins & supplements.  Take stool softners and whatever else you need to keep bowels moving.  Walk for exercise.

This too shall pass.  Warm thoughts and hugs coming your way.

Hi Sweetheart...

I totally understand what you are saying...I, too, said to my husband the second day I was home.."I THINK THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE.!" But today, I'm feeling more NORMAL...
I went to see my surgeon yesterday and while there, I had to remove my binder...I did, and sat there and waited for my surgeon to come in...I waited 45 mins., before seeing him...Without my binder on, I was sooooooooooooooo miserable...I could feel and see my body blowing up like a balloon..I say this, because I'm wondering if you are in a binder or some kind of support.?? I find the binder a VERY MUCH NEEDED part of comfort and support and healing.

Sending you a great big hug and a huge prayer for your comfort and healing..!!!
