Hi Cyndy!  I did not have any burning and really had no pain to speak of at all.  I was up moving around and slept in a regular bed the first night out of the hospital with my legs propped up on pillows.  I had no gas either.  As for the pooping, I had my surgery on a Tuesday and finally went on Friday.  I took 3 stool softeners in the morning and 3 at night...so 6 a day for a couple of weeks.  Good luck honey, you are getting past the worst.

Hi Cyndi!

I'm 21 days out and I haven;t had any burning sensation. Alot of pain wenever I stood up or tried to get out of bed for the 1st week.  I had my first bm about 5 days out after the doctor recomended 3 dulcolax. now I'm drinking miralax with my protein shake just in case.
