10 days ago I had a lower body lift with buttock auto-augmentation and breast lift (no augmentation) with Dr. LoMonaco. Best decision EVER!! I stayed 2 nights in the hospital. I went home with 4 drains, a pain pump, and a catheter. Day 3 I got to remove the pain pump and 2 drains myself. Day 7 I got to remove my catheter. Today I had a follow up appointment and they removed the last 2 drains. Yay! They also did an ultrasound to make sure I had no hidden pockets of fluid. All looked good. I am still swollen, but don't even mind the compression garment now that the drains are gone. I feel great and even got to go to my daughter's piano recital today.

I will have another follow up in 7-10 days. I am also going to get a free lymphatic massage. Can't wait!!

Laura, Wow!! You are doing great! And so brave to pull that stuff yourself. Glad you're feeling well. When you have time, tell us about the lymphatic massage. Does it help a lot? -Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Im so sorry I never responded back to u about the lymphatic massage a few days back.
I don't know anyone who has had it done. But a friend who is a nurse, has said it does wonders for healing. But I guess we'll find out more soon from Laura.

I think it's supposed to help with swelling. He offers them at his office, along with other things such a laser treatments and skin care. I may get laser treatments on the spider veins on my legs, too. I'll let everyone know what I think afterwards.

Lap Band

My last drain aka Alien Baby came out after 4 weeks! It was such a pain! Once those things are gone, it's 100% better! Don't you just love your butt? I got the "flap augmentation" and it's one of my favorite parts of my body now!

I'm so glad you're doing well! I can't believe it's already been 10 days!
