Dr.s Parra & Shakhov

I am thinking about round 2 of plastics in the next 6 months or so but have decided to use a new doc.

Does anyone have feedback, good or bad, on Dr.s Parra and Shakhov out of Angeles Hospital in Tijuana?  I have heard good feedback on the hospital but haven't read much (which isn't always bad) on the docs.
