weight gain post plastics
Had abdomnioplasty done on March 3.......before surgery (plastics) 168....after 162.....now 3 months later 175?
The weight gained is in a different area that I never gained before...my thighs and my tummy is back puffy and arms!
eating habits, etc. still the same...
has anyone else experienced this?

Are you sure your eating habits are the same?
I found that, after surgery, I dropped a bunch of weight fast and didn't like it. So I kind of gave myself permission to eat more/worse to gain it back. I did - with about 7 brothers! I didn't really think I was eating differently because it happened kind of slowly. And for a long while, I was feeling SO super skinny with my new, flat tummy that I kind of felt invincible.
When I sat down and got back to basics (mainly measuring/weighing and tracking my food, and eating protein first), I realized how off track I had become with just the little things (extra cheese, too much nuts, grazing in the evenings, allowing treats or alcohol too often). Cutting that stuff down and going back to basics got rid of it right away.

Are you exercising and much as prior to your plastics ?but now since I am in my 40, I am going to start doing some fun exercising...my personal fave is Leslie Sansone at home walking DVD's and I am getting a Personal trainer to help me strength train properly cause I am so weak and mushy
Girl ...don't even talk about the protein shakes I was putting powder in my coffee every morning drinking on the ride to work but i stopped ( on top of that starting today) but my issue is "wine" omg i have a LRG glass everyday, I didn't last night so I'm going to try and make it threw the week with out a glass till the weekend. I have gained about 10lbs since i start drinking#RT. but I'm trying to go hard on 5day pouch test then a liquid diet to drop some pounds before my plastic July 26th. You can do it

Yeah, I say track every bite you eat for a few weeks to see how much you're really eating. When I'm a few pounds up I do this and limit my calories to 1300. I lose them quickly. It's easier to lose them when it's only a few so do it now, girl!!
