Hi My Friend..!!!!

Thank you...it means so much to hear from you and to have your prayers and support...!

I will be leaning on ALL of you for support and encouragement as The Day arrives...My husband asked if I was worried or nervous this morning...I'm surprised at how nervous I was when I first got my date and how calm I am now..I think all the time I have had to think about and prepare, has really helped with the emotions. Now, I may go alll bonkers the day before..LOL

I will keep you and everyone updated...just remember me on July 7th and my surgical team...I TRULY APPRECIATE IT..!!

My date is July 29th. My doctor said the most important thing is to walk after. I am also concerned what I will be like after, but once its done I figure I have to deal with it. I know everyday its going to get better. the support here is what keeps all of us going..

I was thinking your date was in July, but I couldn't remember for sure if that was your date or someone else...I think my biggest concern is getting in our vehicle and the ride home...I just thinking about the pulling as you get in and out..I have purchased satin sheets to place over the seat to help me SLIDE...I'm hoping for the best and Ido think the satin will help..When I had my back surgery, I had a satin blouse that I put under me in the bed...It was the best thing...I could slide and turn sooo much easier with it under me than without it...

Your date is getting closer and closer...I THINK WE ARE GOING TO BE JUST FINE AND WE ARE GOING TO LOVE THE NEW AND IMPROVED "US!"

Cyndy, my thoughts and prayers go with you for a smooth surgery and a fast, easy recovery. I had my PS yesterday and am doing very well. Life keeps getting better so just keep that in mind! You are headed for the you that you want to be and have dreamed of!

My goal 105 pounds, met July 15, 2009.
