I WILL  ONLY BE SEVEN MORE DAYS (ONE WK.) AWAY FROM GETTING MY SURGERY..!!
I am more than excited and ready...The time has flown by and it's hard to really grasp how far I have come since my VSG, up until now.

My life has changed sooo much, and in one wk., it will change even more...I ask for your prayers for a safe and uneventful surgery...There has not been one person that I have "known" that was going to have surgery, that I have not prayed for and have asked God's protection over you...I only ask that if you pray, please remember me...

WE ARE SURGERY SISTERS, PRETTY MUCH...I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OF MY SURGERY AS OF YET..THAT WANT HAPPEN UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE..I'M HOPING I WILL BE MOVED INTO FIRST IN LINE...AS OF MY LAST APPOINTMENT, I WAS TOLD MY SURGERY WOULD TAKE PLACE AROUND 9:30 IN THE MORNING, FOR I HAD A LADY INFROMT OF ME...BUT, SHE WAS PLANNING ON MOVING AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP HER SURGERY TIME, WHICH MEANS I WOULD GET HER SPOT...KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR AN EARLIER TIME, BUT IT WILL BE WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE...  :D

GIRRRRL, I HAVE LOOKED AT PANTIES UNTIL THE THE CLERKS IN THE STORE ARE GETTING A LITTLE CONCERNED..! LOL...I LOOK AND TURN THEM THIS WAY ANT THAT WAY, I HOLD THEM UP AND LOOK AT THEM, I HOLD THEM UP NEXT TO MY "BIG" SPARE TIRE...AND AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR, I JUST TURN AND WALK AWAY...YEAH, I GET ALOT OF LOOKS...SO, TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION..NO, I HAVEN'T BOUGHT ANY "YET" BUT I'M THINKING I AM BEFORE THE SURGERY, SO I CAN MODEL THEM IN MY AFTER PICS...TOUBLE IS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT SIZE MY BUTT WILL BE WHEN IT'S OVER...??

WHAT ABOUT YOU...ARE YOU "BRAVE" AND BUYING THE "PRETTY, SEXY" PANTIES OR ARE YOU STILL HAVING A VISIT BY "GRANNY"...LOL

 Cyndy - yippy skippy just one more week to go!  I am so excited for you and your next step on your weight loss journey.    I will definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a quick and uneventful recovery.  I am grateful for this board and being able to "connect" with others who have been through or will soon be going through this amazing process!

 i will keep you in my prayers.  I have to admit that it does go by very fast.  I went for my preop today it went well.  Had a little anxiety taking the pictures.  I am excited and nervous as well.  Its hard to believe that you are released the next day.  I am looking forward to your updates to know what to expect

You know, the pictures were not that bad for me..I made a joke that I turned and and acted like a runway model when my pictures were taken, but REALLY I told them what they were about to see SURE WASN'T PRETTY..they laughed and the nurse, said, "WELL, IT MIGHT NOT BE TOO PRETTY RIGHT NOW, BUT IT'S GOING TO BE." She made me feel much better about standing in front of that camera...

I will be staying in the hospital one night, trusting ALL goes well, and then, I will be sent home on the following Friday and then back on Monday to see how everything is going...It's an almost 4 hour drive...eeeeek.!!   I will be drugged for the ride home and I will have the pain pump, as well...I'm hoping the pain pump will be a real helper..We'll see.

I know what you are saying...I have learned much from all that has gone before me and I know I will still be learning from them (and you, now) as I become a after...I appreciate the answers to all the questions asked...I, too, feel the connection you are talking about...It's so good WE ALL have each other and this site..!!
