healing from TT
I think it depends on you and your doctor. I was back to work part time after 2 weeks, full time after 3. Just had to watch the lifting and stretching. I am almost 4 months out and I am still swollen by the end of the day. I don't thing it's uncommon, apparently, to swell some for many months. I wear my compression garment at night and start back "skinny" in the morning. Other than a numb tummy I don't even feel like I've had the surgery.

I have a new philosophy, I'm only going to dread one day at a time. Charlie Brown
I had a Circumfrentail Lower Body Lift on June 14th. I just had the last of my drains out today. I have only internal disolving stitches, so no stitches or staples to remove.
The first week I had 10 pounds of swelling, today I am down to only 5 pounds of swelling. Doc told me it could take up to 4 months for the swelling to go down and STAY down. and to be super careful not to bend or twist for at least the next 6 weeks, or there could be internal "shearing," the healing areas come apart.
So I would guess you would have to be super careful also for at least 6 weeks.
