Arm lift and exercise...

I am going for a breast lift on august 2nd. At the same time, he will be doing a revision of my keloid scars on my arms. About half of the incision healed beautifully, but the lower half (most visible part erg) has gone raised and rope-y.

I'll obviously follow what he says, but just wondering if anyone had any experience with keloid scars and the restrictions to avoid a repeat?

I've got custom compression sleeves waiting and silicone sheets. I'll do what it takes to get these to heal like the rest of my incisions. Just trying to prepare myself!

Arms for the first time or a revision?

For my initial, I think he told me 3-4 weeks without lifting anything over 5lbs.  I grabbed the dog at about 1 week out (just a little guy, about 7lbs) but I felt something pull.  And got a small seroma on that incision.  That is the worst one - it is most rope-y on that side, and I blame that on the "stretch" early out.  So I'm going to be pretty paranoid this time around!
