I celebrated my one year anniversary on 6/22/2011 i feel great I have lost 85 lbs and 10" off my waste , I still have some weight to go but I'm no longer on BP meds or cholesterol meds This was one of the best things I have ever done for myself , LIFE IS OH SO GOOD , A huge SHOUT OUT to DR Leon Katz at crozer medical center
