Can someone give me some information on what to wear home from the hospital please?  Thanks!

I had an extended TT and I wore a gown home and wore gowns for several weeks - it wasn't binding and it worked well with the drains.

Good luck on your surgery.

I have a new philosophy, I'm only going to dread one day at a time.  Charlie Brown

I wore a nice soft T-shirt style dress in to the surgery center and just wore that home also.  It was tight across my middle  before surgery and lose after.  You will have dressings, and drains, so try not to wear pants since the waist may rub on your incision site, even through the dressings.

Thank you so much for responding, I have been wondering if I should wear a house coat or not.  Thanks for letting me know I was on the right track.  Take care.

I just posted the same question. I should've looked at yours first. LOL! My surgery is this friday as well. Best wishes to you on a quick recovery!
