Hi,
I just added an album of pictures specfically on my arm lift on my profile. I had a LBL, Arm Lift, and BA/BL 6 weeks ago.

I'm doing great!

There is a picture from day 2 after surgery thats a little bruised and ugly looking, just a warning.

congrats you look amazing.  Your right though that looks very painful but I am glad you say it's not because after seeing that I said hell no I am not getting that done lol.  I'm sure it's all worth it in the long run though.  I told my hubby I want your arms and boobs and flat tummy lol.  He's not sure he wants me to go through all that, he's scared something will go wrong but after looking at your pics with me..hmmm he smiled so just maybe this will help him get through the fear.

Again you look AWESOME.  Thanks for sharing

Thanks, my husband is definitely happy with my results :)

The pain wasnt at all as bad as I had feared.  The first few days were a little rough, but that was more with my body lift than my arms.  I'm very glad I did it.

Looking great.  I will be 4 weeks post brachioplasty next Tues.  I'm still wearing ACE wraps 24/7.  Did you have to wear anything for compression?  If yes, how long?

It is very difficult to wear any kind of top with sleeves over these ACE wraps!

Thanks. I didnt have to wear any compression, my surgeon doesnt use them.  My upper arms were swollen for awhile, especially where I had lipo, but they're ok now.

I can imagine it's hard to get things on over the ace wraps, hopefully you wont need them much longer.  I think I saw the biggest difference in swelling going down between weeks 5 and 6.

I'll catch your pics tonight!  Wanted to say, glad you are doing so great!

I wore my bra/arm garment for almost 3mo.  I still wear it if my arms feel swollen, but I do wear my sports bra at night.  I've been wearing my body garment at night and it helps with the swelling that I get during the day.  I'm 5mo out from LBL, BL, arms & upper thighs.  Still wearing the chin strap nightly for the neck.  One more month!

They look great too!  I'm really sold on Dr Capella.  I think it may be worth the travel.
It's the first time I've seen the rope technique but i think I get it.
Thanks for posting. Very appreciated.
