Odd question...help

I'm starting to wonder if I'm the only person in the world to experience this.  I have lost 130# and have excess skin like everyone else.  The more weight I lost the more painful intercourse became because of the excess skin in that area.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Has anyone had any plastics done that could help this?
