Amazing! Does your scar go all the way around? I'm bouncing back and forth between needing a TT or a LBL.

It goes all the way around, I had a LBL.  In my case, I really needed the butt lifting (if you see my before picture, it looked like a sharpei dog).  The LBL also really helped the front and sides of my thighs.

Awesome ~ you look Marvelous!!!

I have my consulation appointment June 29th and I'm bouncing back and forth on what I need done and which one I want done first (I will be self pay).  I would like to get it all done at once since I have a 20-month old, I don't want to be down weeks at a time on several different occassions.

You give me encouragement!

I was really happy to get it all done at once, with one recovery.  I might decide later on an inner thigh lift, which my PS wouldnt do at the same time,  He also thought I might get enough improvement to be satisfied with my thighs with just the LBL.  I have to say it did really help the front and sides of my thighs much more than I thought.  I still have excess loose skin on my inner thighs so I'll decide in a few months if I think the thigh lift is something I want.

My PS will combine surgeries for the right candidate - low enough BMI, no medical issues, etc.

You look great!  Your scars look good, too.  Are you doing anything to them?

It doesn't look like you have the typical lollipop scar on your breasts.  Did he not need to lift them?

Mine are SO MUCH worse than yours!  How are you liking the implants?  Remind me what type you got?  Are you having to massage them?  How do they feel?  I think I need them, well I know I need them, but I can't figure out if I want them.  I'm afraid of feeling and looking fake.  Yours don't look fake to me.

Thanks,
No I'm not doing any scar treatment yet.  My surgeon uses a certain incision closure that is supposed to minimize the tension on the scar to make it thinner.  I forgot what he told me it was called, but basically my insicions were raised up internally and closed with a rope type, or pie crust looking scar.  It was raised up with internal disolvable sutures, and the scar itself is the thin line on top of the rope.  As the internal sutures dissolve, the rope flattens.  The rope was very alarming at first but he assured me it flattens out, and it is.

I love the implants!  I got 400cc silicone under muscle.  400cc is pretty big, but I didnt start with much and I think I have the chest width to carry them.  At first they were high, hard, and huge!  But they have settled down.  I have the lollipop incision only on one breast, if you look you can see the vertical scar.  The other one is just on the nipple.  They were pretty bad at first but have almost totally healed in the nipple area.

How are you feeling?
