Thanks Laura!  As insane as I sound (and I'm not high on any drugs!) I didn't know it was possible to be this happy!

I know the feeling all to well sweetie.  And somehow the discomfort is easier to live with when it's something we really want.  Not like a c-section or something not voluntary.  My c-secs were horrible, but my VSG, LBL and BL were a breeze even though they were much bigger surgeries...go figure!  Guess I wanted my body back that much, lol. : )

Y'know, my VSG was horrible.  I was vomiting blood and so nauseated and in so much pain for so long!  This was a total breeze in comparison.  I expected it to be so much worse, but the combination of twilight anesthesia and being so happy with the results (and in really good shape now) seems to have made it all too easy!

Update: Saw them without gauze and tape today, and I have pretty little pink nipples.  And they were a little bruised, but not much.  Pretty titties!  And the doctor drained some fluid from my back, which was disgusting, but he said I will be much more comfortable without so much swelling there.  He is very happy with the results, and I cried more tears of joy, which made everyone laugh!
