after surgery suggestions/regrets

I'm scheduled for a tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation. What suggestions would you give for scar repair?

My doctor suggested taping them but the adhesive started breaking me out, so I am just using Vitamin E oil and rubbing it into the scars and massaging them.  This worked great on my feet when I had bunions removed from both feet.

be careful with vit e oil - it has been proven to prolong healing and increase the appearance of scarring.
