what would you do?

I have a big dilemma now and do not know how I should go.
I got denied external, final appeal for my breast reduction.
And I found new PS doctor in network that is the best for breast job.
I like my PS but can not afford to pay him $12000 plus 20,000 for hospital.
This new doctor will cost me only hospital co-pay, $500.But problem is my old PS supposed to do some revision for my TT. How can I ask him to come and do it in the same time new PS will do BR/BL?
I feel so bad. What do you think?

That does sound like a lot of money. Was that the insurance price or the self pay price. When I went in for my LBL & brachio I paid the surgeon $12000 but then received the bill from the hospital for just the panni portion & hospital and it was like $30k just seemed outrageous. Hospitals seem to bill insurance companies much more because the have to take a lower agreed upon price. Prices for self pay are always much lower. Maybe check w/ the original surgeon on what the self-pay amount would be and if it could be done at a surgical center and possibly as an outpatient surgery. I had my BL/BA and MTL done outpatient at a surgery center.
