3 times denial for BR/BL

 I have question about plastic surgery procedure and would like to ask here , I know a few people who is really good with this.
I tried to get approved for breast lift/reduction , i have Oxford and it is covered , but should be medically nessesary.
I got deniel twice from Oxford and denied from external appeal.
What is my next step?How can I appeal external denial?
Please help, I need to get rid of those huge breasts!.

Have you looked into cash pay with plastic surgeon and surgicenter/hospital.  They usually reduce by about 2/3 cost you would be charged with insurance.

It may be an alternative if this is really important to you.

you probably may just have to save up the cash for it, u have to have a certain amount of breast tissiue to be removed befor they will deem it medically necessary, find a surgeon that takes Care Credit itis o% interes for 12 to18 months

I have very bad credit, no loan for me and pay cash in New york on Park avenue is not available option easier.
I will try to go to my PCPC for rush or will look for another doctor, better in network.
