Facelift Yesterday - very painful!
I had my LBL/butt auto augmentation/Thigh Lift/anchor TT on Tuesday! And I am loving my results! My butt is just adorable. My thighs look better than I ever imagined and my tummy is so flat! I have no stretch scars left, my lapband scars are all gone and my tummy skin is smooth! I'm really so happy!
I had my facelift yesterday and I've been so nauseated! I am not sure why! I"m pretty swollen, not so bruised, but very swollen so of course it's hard to see the results on my face this early. I have to say the pain is minimal on the body work, but my face has been a killer! Did everyone else have a lot of pain with the face lift?
I've gotten so spoiled with Dr Sauceda and his virtually painfree procedures!

I have been thinking about you, Dee!! I am so glad things are going well. Can't help with your pain question, but I just wanted to let you know how proud of you I am and how happy I am for you!! Rest up and take all your pain meds. You'll be feeling great in no time!!

thanks Laura! I'm feeling much better today. No nausea and my pain is about a 3 out of 10. Last night, wasn't so fun! I was so glad that I was at the hospital. Dr S was called and he ordered something for my tummy and I felt better.
Your surgery is coming up, right? Exciting! I am so glad mine is over! Now, I need to start saving for my next surgery in May 2012!

So happy to hear you're feeling better today. My surgery is a month from today. What are you getting done in 2012? After my lbl/bl I hope to have ba and upper body lift. Thighs would be after that. By the time I'm 50, I'll be HOT!!

I am suspicious of the anesthesia for making us nauseous this time around. I wonder if she changed her anesthesia meds, it might be worth asking. I had absolutely no pain and no nauseau last time and this time I have had a lot of nauseau and have added pain meds that I brought from home to keep it under control. I also brought motion sickness patches and zofran from home and they are helping. I can bring you a patch to put behind your ear if you want the nauseau to go away! Do you think you will come to the hotel sometime over the weekend? Are you holding food down ok? Can I bring you anything from the HEB?

Around 1am, Marisol called Dr S and he ordered something and they put it in my IV and I fell asleep for about 2 hours and woke up feeling much better. My tummy has been much better today. I ate some breakfast.
Did you get your fridge? How was your trip to the HEB? I'm going to the hotel tomorrow. I'll be in 135 or 131. Not sure yet, but one of those two. I understand you're on the 2nd floor. Dr E gave me some zofran and my pain meds. I'm pretty glad he did. I had absolutely no pain or nausea last year when I had my surgery. So I was very surprised this time! The face is pretty painful! Wanna go to the mall or movies on Monday? I'd love to find a hot little swimsuit at that swimsuit store in the mall. I bought one for my daughter last time I was here fr $15.00 and it's adorable! I can't believe my tummy looks so good! He was here this morning to see me before I took my shower and he's quite pleased with his work! I am too!

Glad you are feeling better!!! It took me about a day to get my nauseau under control. I have been going to the HEB just to get up and walk around. Still no fridge but I haven't bought anything that needed it yet. I am definitely not eating enough, especially protein so I am going to concentrate on getting proper nutrition and fluids this weekend. Yes, the movies or mall sounds great for Monday!!! Should I go see Mary? Dr S told me what room she is in but then he said she would call me. I sat by the pool for 15 minutes this morning and now I have freckles all over my face :) Glad you are coming tomorrow!!! I can bring you a Starbucks or anything you want today so don't hesitate to ask!! Cya soon, Robin
