Two questions - post tummy tuck

Two kinda strange questions -

I am still overweight - with the tummy tuck the wideness of my hips is accentuated by the thinness of my profile - I think it looks funny.  Now, I am still going to have a thigh and butt lift and that will help a lot.  My question is if any of the weirdness of the shape is swelling related or I just need to lose weight and have the additional surgery.  Time will tell of course, just curious if anyone else has dealt with this.

Also, really weird question - anyone who does Kegel exercises - post tummy tuck, when I'm laying on my back in a certain position, I feel them all the way up into my abdomen!  Feels really really weird!  Has anyone else noticed this?  It doesn't do it AT ALL upright or in other positions.
