The itching is driving me insane!!!

Any advice / tips are GREATLY appreciated!!!

I've mentioned before, I'd almost rather feel the pain because I'm not tempted to touch / scratch the pain!

I don't have any advice but would love some! My thigh incisions itch so bad!!!!! Wish I had an answer for ya! Are you keeping any ointment on it so maybe it's not so dry? I keep triple antibiotic on mine & THINK it helps some, but I really don't know!

I have the same issues, and shooting pain feelings down my arms which is from the nerves regenerating.

I found at night I sleep better if I take a Tylenol PM or Benedryl that is enough to take the edge off those feelings to I can fall asleep and stay asleep.

Have you tried Dermoplast Spray...? It has a cooling, numbing effect...it's always worked for me, anytime, I have had a large incision...

Thanks everyone! I have been putting some vitamin e oil where the skin is not cut / open and antibiotic cream on a few spots that are.

This too shall pass!

I was glad for the compression garment, I could scratch, but it didn't hurt anything. I used Benedryl. When I'd take off my garment, I'd scratch around but not too close to the scabs. It does get better.
