How did you find, "the best of the best" plastic surgeon?

I went to a PS seminar, read this board and talked and looked at several before and after pics.  I decided on Dr Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico.  He has a group here on OH.  You can click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line.   I feel he really is a true artist.

Both my mom and stepmom work in the medical field, I asked them and some of the doctors they both work with who they would go to for plastic surgery.  Everyone of them said Dr. Eric Mariotti in Concord, CA.  My stepmom is a surgical nurse and has worked with dozens of local plastic surgeons.  At an event for the surgery center she works for, about 8 months after my gastric bypass, one of her co-workers sat down next to me and started asking me how I was doing, what the aftercare I was receiving from the weightloss surgery center was like, if I was satisfied with my results & care so far.  It wasn't until my first consultation with Dr. Mariotti that I realized that he was the person who sat with me for 20 mins. asking about me.  He never once stated during our conversation at the event that he was a plastic surgeon or suggested I needed any work done.  Once I realized his main focus was on the patients, not selling unwanted procedures, I realized he was the surgeon for me.  I was made comfortable from the moment he walked into the room for my 1st evaluation.  Dr. Mariotti is very artistic and will let you know if the results you are wanting are realistic.  He has done my tummy tuck, butt lift, arm lift, breast augmentation, outter thigh lipo and 3 weeks ago did my thigh lift.  I am thrilled with all of my results and highly recommend him to anyone looking to have some plastic surgery.  He does alot of work with massive weigtloss patients.  His entire office staff is very helpful & friendly as well.

Did you ever make your plastic surgeon selection? I've been consulting with Dr. Al Aly (Orange) and Dr. Felmont Eaves (Charlotte). Am so torn--like them both for different reasons. Would love to know if you have any insights to share. (I've lost about 250 pounds.)
