Updates?? How are all you recent post-ops doing???
My lollipop scars are doing pretty good, thin and just pink, the ones that run under the breasts are going to heal like my TT - which means the scars will be visible and red forever... oh well, I can't see them, no one else can either.

I know you are familiar with all the crap I've been through. I had a breast reduction. Took me from a 38H to around a 38D. I was happy with that. Then I had the double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction (boobs made from tummy fat so I had a tummy tuck too) last October. It took my D's to a 36B or C. Not quite sure yet because I just had the "sculpted" 2 weeks ago. I think it's somewhere in-between. It took awhile to get used to my new small boobies but I am loving life as a small breasted woman now. After years of those things getting in the way of everything I do enjoy looking smaller. Just my 2cents :)

I'm now at 2 weeks out from LBL w/hernia repair & muscle tightening, butt aug, thigh lift. I went back to work on Thursday & was DRAINED! Came home, took a pain pill & went to sleep! Yesterday wasn't so bad, was a slow day tho @ work, but MUCH better! The DDS I work for told me to STAY on the ibuprofen every 4 hours so that the pain won't start, then said that will help w/the swelling & soreness also....I REALLY do think it helped tremendously!
My drains came out on day 10, was such a RELIEF! You will HATE those drains, but make yourself love them! They are there for a reason! At first it was hard to tell how I looked, and all who called kept wanting to know how skinny I felt!!! My thighs were wrapped in ace bandages, I was on morphine, I had a binder on my tummy, then I had the lovely 4 drains protruding from my pubic area! I couldn't tell anything hardly! The day after surgery was the worst when you first have to start getting up & walking around. Mainly because when I'd get up I'd start dry heaving....not great after stomach surgery! They said it was the morphine as I did the same thing after gastric bypass.
Have to say the thighs are the most sore. The butt aug has surprised me also, but I now have a butt! The buttocks are just SO HARD! I don't know exactly how many sizes I've gone down but it's alot! I wore some pants yesterday to work that were too small before, they are now to big even w/the stomach binder underneath them. By the end of the day tho my thighs were swelling & I could tell the leg on the right side of the pants was getting tighter. The swelling seems go to down as soon as I get home & put my feet up. I did put a box under my desk to rest my feet on yesterday & that seemed to help.
Long story....I know. Am feeling TONS better, just on Ibuprofen now, did take a pain pill the last 2 nights before bed tho. The improvement is just INCREDIBLE! I was so scared beforehand that I'd go thru all this & not be able to tell a difference. Boy....is there a difference! I just wish I'd not waited 8 years to do this! All the girls at work tell me they are so jealous! They call me skinny now! I use to have this big old fold of skin & camel hoof for the mons area that I had to be sure my shirts were long enough to cover this..............NOT NOW! It is all gone! WOOT! WOOT!
All the pain, soreness, time off & mental wondering is WORTH IT! You'll be so happy! I just can't wait for the top half to be done now!
Be patient, your time's a comin girl!
