Drains / clothing question
I've worn panties since I woke up in the recovery room. I am "old school" and just couldn't imagine going commando. :) I got them on over my binder and under my drain...then attached my drain to the bottom of my panties so that it was hidden under my wrap dress. Worked well for me and I hope you found something that worked for you.
