weight loss minimun?

My insurance will pay for plastics but I was wondering is there a weight loss minium where Cigna will believe an upper body lift is required?

Have no idea but congratulations on getting your plastics paid for.  My insurance would not pay  for cosmetic surgery regardless of amount of weight lost - and mine was purely cosmetic even though it totally took care of back pain that plagued me for 23 years.
