Drain Free!
Went for 10 day post op appt today, he removed all 4 drains. I'm hardly swelling at all & the drains were only putting out 14-20 all weekend!!! Yes!! Not to have those pesky things is great!

im glad you are doing so well. I am a month out today, and the recovery has been harder then i expected!!!! Both Physical AND mental. it's hard to upbeat when your body is trying to heal from such trauma. I have good days and bad. Yesterday was my first day back at work, my boss is letting me work part time until I feel up to it, so I'm grateful for that..Still, I guess I just expected to feel much better by now!
Also, Im very swollen, so, that can be a challenge to feel good about all the suffering you deal with, and then you don't see the result you hoped or expected....ugh! I need to learn some patience!
