Did you use Dr. LoMonaco?
Hi!
I am currently trying to decide between 2 surgeons for "the works". One of the potential surgeons is Dr. LoMonaco of Houston, Tx. I have had my virtual consult and quote for the work and Dr. L has answered my first (long) list of questions. He seems like a super guy. Excellent patient skills and very complete in his explanations of the procedures and plan of attack. I have read alot about him on this board and on RealSelf.com. He seems very skilled and his before/after photos on his website are amazing.
If you used Dr. Lomanaco, would you please be willing to share any experiences, thoughts or photos? To be quite honest, his quote is more than double the non US surgeon and I am trying to balance the pros and cons when considering the substantial cost increase.
Thanks in advance for help you can provide. OH is the absolute best resource I have found and it has helped me tremendously in deciding on my WLS and getting thru it successfully.

Shelly,
What is a ballpark figure for Dr. Lo and a LBL? I was thinking of going to Mexico, but when u look at Dr. Lo's photos, well there is little comparison...
It's such a big decision for me, to use my savings in this way, but on the other hand, I'm so unhappy with how I look...
You look terrific, BTW.
Thanks,
Sara
