I think all insurances are different, but my MI blue cross ppo has a tummy tuck as a covered benefit it you meet 2 of their 4 criteria. I think the lift is covered too if you meet the criteria. You might want to call your insurance company to check things out. Good luck!
Most plastic surgeons like you to be at goal and to have maintained your weight for a certain amount of time.
