Since I am just starting to have the saggy skin reality check, I am seriously putting cash away for plastics.  Since I think I will probably have not coverage with my insurance, I am looking at other options.  I need a tummy tuck, brachio and breast reduction and lift.  Anyone care to give me a ball park estimate and with surgeon you used for your procedures.  I have a ways to go but I really want to have the cash in the bank.  Thanks so much.

I think it's hard to ball park when we live in so many diverse areas of the country.   I chose Mexico with Dr. S as I wanted the experience he has with baratric patients, but the cost was bonus to it all.  I had a large anchor cut, reduction and implants, and a neck lift for 11,400.   He paid my hotel for two weeks and my implants were free once you go over a certain amount,  Not sure if that helps, but if you have an open mind about looking at options, you could email him photos and he'll send you back a quote.  Join his board at

I'm going with Dr. S also.  He did my previous surgery and I was extremely pleased.  He's doing an Anchor Cut TT, BL/BA, ButtAuto Aug, LBL and full facelift and it will be just a bit more than Bonnie's surgery.  I, however, was quoted over $35K for the same procedures here in Denver.

Different sugeries but, my self-pay quotes for panniculectomy (mine was very well done) was $9500 and I'm saving for a thigh lift which will be $8300.

I had my arms done first - $5,500.  My insurance paid for my TT which was second.  Third were my thighs ($6,000) and a breast lift ($6,000).  I just had a neck lift ($3,000); lower eye lid lift ($3,000) and full face lift ($7,000).  I live in Honolulu.

I'd say 30-40k easily, but as others have said, it varies depending on where you live.
