Rec for PS in the Rochester, NY Area Pls!

Hi,
I'm nearly 3 years out from RnY, and have lost nearly 200lbs.  I've interviewed one PS affiliated with my WLS - accredited center where I had my wls done.  This Dr. specializes in plastics for weight loss patients.  Just wondering if anyone in the area can commend on your experience and possible make some recommendations?  Insurance will not be paying for any of mine - and I need a full body lift -- thigh lift, tummy tuck, breast lift (no implants), butt lift and arms... also, he will do it all at once, or space it out...
