I had abdoinoplasty/lipo of inner/outer thighs 7 weeks ago today.  My PS said compression garments for 3 months.  Check out TJ Maxx or Marshall's.  Hit or miss, of course, but I found below knee all the way up to under the breasts, corsets, tights, all kinds of stuff.  I change what I put on depending on the clothes I wear.  I also bought some cheap exercise mid-riff binders, again @ TJ Maxx, 'cause I like/need the extra compression around my mid-riff, waist, abdominal area.

You can also google compression/shapewear and find all kinds of sites.

You should also get various sizes -- the ones I wore post-op are way too big now.
HW -- 255.8#;  WW/pre-op lost 22.6#; CW -- 152.2#; GW 140#; 103.6# GONE FOREVER!

Just had a TT - doctor provided original compression garment but I also bought a couple from Wal Mart - cupid waist cincher - has hooks up the front and hooks in the crotch.  I bought 2 sizes - when I went yesterday to get my drains out they put me in one of my new ones and I was so happy to get to wash out the one I had worn for almost 2 weeks.  The ones from Wal Mart were only 10 -12 each.

Dr Sauceda provided 2 sets.  The bra/arm has hooks in the back and the front and the
arms are 3/4 length.  The body has straps for the shoulders, and eyehooks and zipper on both sides and goes down mid thigh with legs.  It's crotchless.  It was over 2 weeks out before I could do up one hook and zip up, then work the other side, one hook and zip up until I was firmly sausaged in.  You do put the bra/arm garment on first and it's very tight.  The body garment fit under the breasts.  I started wearing a thin ribbed top over the bra/arm and under the body garment.  I still wear the garments 4-5 days a week due to swelling and I'm 14 weeks out today.

When I'm not in my garments, I'm wearing sports bras and may or not wear a shaper that I picked up at TJMaxx.  Generally, if I go a day w/o, I'll wear one of the body garments to bed that night, then go into the body garment the next day to deal with the swelling.

The bad thing about the bra/arm garment is at the crease in the elbows.  It slides up and wrinkles in the crease.  I also had forearm pain in my muscles the first 4-6 weeks out.  My arms do still swell if I'm not in the garment.  The body garment actually feels good wearing it now.  Holds everything nice and tight.

Thanks everyone.  I meet with the surgeon for a final consult next Thurs.  I'll find out then if she provides the garments or if it's something I need to pick up beforehand.  I feel much better about having to pick something out now if need be.  I have plenty of spanx already as well.

I'm so excited and terrified at the same time!

I had a tummy tuck, lipo, and BA on the 21st of April and my doctor supplied a compression garment. I stayed in this one for the first 5 days and couldnt stand it any longer because the velcrow and zippers dug into my skin. I went to JcPenneys and got Flexees. They are from my bra line to my knees and are comfortable.
