Dr. Uroskie at Norfolk Plastic Surgery.  I do have a consult with the OP's surgeon as he happens to be in Norfolk, too.

Nothing against the surgeon near you, but I like Dr. Uroskie's breast options better and he's much closer to home and he's a *****eaper.  In a perfect world I think the one near you would do my LBL while the one in Norfolk works on my breasts.

Message me if you want more details.  :)

I decided against implants also since I know that there is probably pregnancy in my future, and I am happy to get implants at a later date, if I need to.

A flat tummy WILL make them look bigger.  It's like when women with saggy breasts get fitted for the right bra and they suddenly look ten lbs thinner and two cups bigger!  I've been a DD or larger since the age of ten, so it will be strange to be considered a normal cup, instead of "full-figured" and in need of "full coverage."  My bff is a full B, just so you know, and she has the most beautiful breasts, and they are a perfect handful so hopefully you will be very happy!

VSG on 05/15/10 with
NursieGirl, my PS' nurse has implants and is pregnant and is planning to breast feed!  She said if done properly there's no problem.  Just an FYI.

Yes I know that. I didn't mean for breast-feeding. I was referring to the expansion and changes that take place during pregnancy and breast-feeding which often negate the work that's been done. It would be better for me to wait and have implants after pregnancy if I want them, to avoid engorged "balloons" oe an increased sag Plus, they're already a pretty good size! I'm blessed. :)

You look great.  I had a breast lift and the surgeon had enough to work with that I'm still the same cup size DD but a smaller band size.  I'm 59 and thrilled for the first time in my life to have "perky" breasts.

You look great!.  I sure wish I had enough tissue to just have a lift and be more than an A cup.

You look AMAZING!!!!  I wish I had enough tissue to NOT want implants, but SOMEDAY!!!!!  LOL.... I am swallowed up by A cup bras and would love to be a C cup like you, but who knows... Right now, the TT is the most important thing on my list and hoping insurance will cover that (still waiting to hear from the PS on that).... But I know a BL/BA won't be covered so I will have to to bigtime saving for that one...

I am so happy for you that it worked out the way it did and good for you for sticking to your guns and telling them what you wanted....

BTW.... I can only imagine how hard it is to get a 48H bra, but it is also hard to find a 44A bra... LOL  They just don't figure that FAT people can have itty bitty boobies.... ;-)

Thanks for all the pics you have been posting... They really make me hopeful that things will turn out good for me as well..... Again, you look AMAZING!!!!

HUGS,

You look wonderful!

I originally planned to have a BL with implants at the same time. However, my surgeon really advised me to wait for the implants for two reasons - one, she said I would get better results with the reshaping and lift first, and then two, also have a better idea of what size implants I would really need or even if I wanted them. Also, she said with the tummy tuck I would have a better sense of the proportions and that she thought I would end up being really petite and wouldn't need implants.

I had the surgery about two months ago, and my breasts look so nice! They probably are a full B cup but she did such a fantastic job and gave me nice fullness on tp which is why I wanted implants in the first place. Every now and then I think I'd like to be bigger, but for now, I'm happy.

I'd advise anyone who can afford to or has the patience to, to consider first having the lift, then decide on implants to do so. From a monetary standpoint you do have to pay for anaesthesia twice, but she said I could have the implants and it's only 1 hour procedure, and the recovery is only about a week.
