LAS VEGAS AREA: HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ZAMBONI
I am six months out from my brachioplasty and mid-line facelift. I am healing beautifully! Dr. Zamboni also did my lower body lift in February 2010, a breast reduction in 2003. He will do my thigh lift when I can afford it!
Dr. Zamboni is a very careful, considerate physician. He won't do anything he considers unnecessary and takes time to explain the procedures thoroughly. He answers all questions honestly and has an extensive follow-up procedure. He sends a private nurse home with you for the first night---$375 but well worth the money because she is so caring, attentive, and just pampers you to no end! Mid-line facelift involved only very small incisions behind the ears and a small one under my chin. The result was tightening of neck, removal of "double chin", and a gently smoothed appearance to my cheeks.
This type does not involve pulling up the forehead, tightening around eyes which happens with full facelift. To be honest, I am one of those women who feels they have earned every silver hair and wrinkle and I am proud to be the age I am. I will be 60 in two weeks. All I wanted (and it was my husband more than me who wanted it) was to be rid of the sagging double chin and the wrinkles around my neck.
I cannot speak for Dr. Alexander because Dr. Zamboni is the only plastic surgeon I have used.
