Surgery today at 9am! Yayy!!

I am having a breast lift w/ fat transfer, chestplasty, and circumferential lipectomy/body lift in a few hours. I am super excited!!! I got marked up earlier and took pictures...I can't wait to see the loose skin and fat gone. Ill check in and post pics for everyone. Woohooo!!!!

Thanks y'all! I'm in the hospital but check out 2moro. The surgery lasted 10 hours!! I can't really look down to see but all the nurses say my waistline is cinched and that I look amazing. My breasts look awesome! He removed 22lbs of skin and fat!! Now I only need to drop another 15 and Ill be at goal. I am in some pain and everything is soo tight, but I can feel how flat my stomach is and my butt was lifted. I feel like a new me!!

I am really interested to hear about your progress! I am a newbie to the boards, but have been reading about your journey with plastics the past couple of weeks. I am close to the same size as you after weight loss (lost 90 lbs), I began having problems losing weight. I have a lot of back rolls, so I went to a PS to see if I could get lipo. She said heck no- it's all skin! I went to another PS who said I have an  low body fat percentage, and am "extraordinarily thin" under my loose skin. I weigh 225 and am 5'9" and a size 14/16. Surgeon says I need a full TT, dermolipectomy of back/flanks, breast lift, brachioplasty, etc, etc, etc. You name it, I need it! I was not a candidate for anything circumferential because I don't have loose skin on my booty- haha! Surgeon expects to remove 25-30 lbs off of my upper body alone! I cannot wait to hear about your progress after surgery. I feel like I can identify with you a lot. I'm not at goal either, but the doc seems to think I need surgery now.
